On April 9, Jerome Joseph Schnapp of Silver Spring at 82. He is survived by children Gary Stuart (Monika) Schnapp, Amy Melissa Wilken and Daniel (Lindsay) Schnapp; sisters Phyllis Tarter and Ruth Sachs; and grandchildren Matthew Wilken, Evan Wilken, Eliana Schnapp, Samuel Schnapp and Rose Schnapp. He was predeceased by wife Linda K. Schnapp (née Klein); siblings Marty Schnapp and Arlene Schnapp; and parents Pauline and Harry Schnapp.
