On Oct. 13, Phylis Ruth Lichter (née Spector) of Pikesville at 94. She is survived by son Scott Soroky and granddaughters Haley Kirk and Lauren Wilson (Tonya Green). She was predeceased by husband Raymond Lichter; daughter Julie (Howard) Kirk; brothers Marty Spector and Ralph Spector; and parents Edna and Isadore Spector.
