On Feb. 19, Claire Lou Sarubin of Pikesville at 93. She is survived by children Lisa S. (John) Emmerling, Dr. Todd R. (Juliane) Sarubin and Joshua B. (Bridget R.) Sarubin; grandchildren Samuel E. Emmerling, Kori J. (Michael) Attman, Dr. Max Emmerling (Linda Li), Dr. Koby S. (Kelsey) Sarubin, Mikayla J. Sarubin, Dylan R. Sarubin, Leo P. Sarubin and Calvin L. Sarubin; great-grandchildren Lexi B. Attman, Asher J. Attman and Lake H. Sarubin; and nieces Jeanne A. Witt and Randy A. Steiner. She was predeceased by husband Dr. Lawrence D. Sarubin; sister Ellen R. (Alvin) Aisenberg; and parents Tillye and Paul Rosenstock. She was a wife, mother, bubbie, great-bubbie, sister, aunt, great-aunt as well as fashion designer, chef, baker, artist, friend and person to all who knew her.
