On December 29, Scott Jay Franz of Lutherville at 74. He is survived by his wife, Linda Franz (née Reis); children Kevin (Randi) Franz and Molly Franz (Mark Lachowicz); brother Keith (Denise) Franz; and granddaughter Alexis Franz. He was predeceased by his parents, Phyllis “Gigi” and Robert Franz; and brother Jeffrey Brian Franz.
