On April 10, Shirley Cohen (née Portney) of Owings Mills at 87. She is survived by sons Michael (Janeth) Cohen and Barry (Lisa) Cohen and grandchildren Jordan Cohen and Jared Cohen. She was predeceased by husband Howard G. Cohen; brothers Bernie Portney, Norman Portney and Edward Portney; and parents Ida and Isaac Portney.
